Meet Jo-Anne, our Auxo Support Manager who heads up our amazing team of support consultants that specialize in Orion, SAM and Synergy. Jo-Anne is relatively new to the Auxo family, having started early this year (2024). However, with her bubbly, can-do attitude and strong initiative, she’s already a part of the furniture and is a vital part of Auxo’s engine.
“No two days at Auxo are the same, and that’s one of the things I love most about working here,” Jo-Anne says when we asked her about her day-to-day. “My day revolves around people – supporting, collaborating, and working with a team that’s passionate about what they do. My role is all about ensuring that our team has the support they need from Auxo to deliver top-notch service to our customers.” She’s a people person through and through, and that makes her perfect for leading a team of people who help people!

Always going above and beyond in her role, Jo-Anne is very proud to have brought the “Vision Vault” to life here at Auxo, which is a tool for gathering ideas to help improve efficiency and work quality. Everyone on the team can drop an idea in on how to make things better, and she’s made a commitment to the team to bring at least one of those ideas to life, every week
Outside of work, Jo-Anne is a mum to three very active daughters, Miss.14yo and twin Miss.11yos, and they sure keep her busy. If she’s not on a muddy football field, she’s rushing to the netball courts, and now that Summer is on the horizon there will be beach trips a-plenty! She also loves exploring new restaurants around the city and keeps up with VIVA on Wednesdays for the latest restaurant recommendations.
When asked about her dream car, Jo-Anne said it would “definitely be a sleek black Range Rover—perfect in every way, from its stylish design to its versatility. Plus, it’s got all the space I need to fit the family and everything that comes with them!”
